Selling Tip for the Hot Summer: Turn on Your Air Conditioner! This is a must. You are now in the hottest months of the summer and if it is hotter inside your home than outside or if buyers are sweating the entire time they are in your house then they will NOT be in your house long. You do not have to play freeze out but buyers like feeling cool when they walk in the door of your home. We know it can be tough if your house is vacant and but buyers will not stay in your home and they will move on to the next cooler one down the street if your home is HOT.
